Upon placing an order the buyer agrees to all the above and stipulates that he/she is 18 years of age and/or older to comply with legislation.
We do not sell to minors and minors will be criminally prosecuted if an order is attempted on our site.
General company policy and other info related to buyers:
Shipping: Due to the nature of our business we cannot always be 100% sure of the custom laws of your country, and that they will find everything acceptable for delivery. Thus delays and or prohibitions for delivery can arise due to the above. Please note that Shamanica EthnoBotanicals can not be held responsible for any goods lost or delayed during transit.
From time to time there may be a customs charge or delays which we have no control over. Due to our lack of control over the matter and inabililty to determine if this charge will be applied or what the amount will be, we can not be held responsible for delays or fees applied as a result of customs. The buyer is responsible for all customs and other related charges applied to their package.
Due to ongoing fraudulent transactions, we can no longer ship to postal delivery boxes.
Returns and or lost goods: Sales are final. No exchanges or refunds of any products sold on this site; unless prior arrangements have been made with our sales department. We absolutely do not do Cash Refunds and all chargeback's will be disputed in view of our signed disclaimer.
